| 摘 要： | 当前，在语义Web中，基于OWL、RDF的知识表示、知识推理成为了研究和应用的热点。文章介绍在常用软件领域知识中。基于RDF知识库的概念语义网络图的构建和知识推理的相关算法。

| Abstract: | Currently, Knowledge Representation and Reasoning Based on OWL, RDF has become hotspot of research and application in Semantic Web. In Common-Softwate Domain Knowledge, the article introduce algorithms of construct and knowledge reasoning for concept semantic network graph based on RDF knowledge base. |
