摘    要:环境激素的毒性引起了国内外广泛关注并出现了大量报道,但综合性的总结比较缺乏.综合分析了对几类代表性的环境激素(壬基酚(NP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、多氯联苯(PCBs))的毒性研究,归纳了文献报道的作用机制.发现NP、DBP、PCBs通过与雌激素受体或其他受体的直接或间接作用或者通过作用于细胞信号传导通路等毒性作用机制发挥生殖毒性、胚胎毒性以及其他系统的毒性.同时对NP、DBP、PCBs作用于不同动物,不同接触途径的剂量效应关系进行了总结,发现毒性发生的部位与接触剂量有直接的关系.

Abstract:The toxicity of hormone steroids has caused great concerns worldwide and many researchers have reported their studies on various chemicals.However,a comprehensive review is still needed.This paper presented a review on the toxicity and action mechanisms of selected typical hormone steroids in the environment such as nonyl phenol(NP),phthalic acid esters(DBP),and polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs).And found these chemicals induce reproductive toxicity,embryonic toxicity and toxicity of other systems through various pathways.This paper summarized the dose-response relationship when different animals were exposed to NP,DBP and PCBs through different contact ways.It was concluded that there is a direct relationship between the toxic-induce organs and exposure dose.
