摘    要:研究了甲烷和发烟硫酸以V2O5为催化剂合成甲醇的反应动力学,考察了反应温度、反应初始压力和催化剂用量对甲烷转化率和目的产物收率的影响。结果表明,高温有利于甲烷转化率的提高,但过高的温度会导致目的产物收率降低;甲烷转化率随着初始反应压力的增大而提高,而甲醇收率随压力的变化趋势则是先提高,后趋于平缓;随着V2O5用量的增加,甲烷转化率增大,但当V2O5的添加量超过0.014 mol时,V2O5用量对甲醇收率的影响变得不显著。

Abstract:This paper describes a study on the reaction dynamics of synthesizing methane and oleum into methanol using V2O5 as catalyst and an investigation into the effects of reaction temperature,initial reaction pressure,and amount of catalyst on the methane conversion rate and methanol yield.The results show a high temperature facilitates an increase in the methane conversion rate,but the excessively high temperature tends to reduce the methanol yield.The methane conversion rate tends to rise with an increase in the initial reaction pressure,while the methanol conversion rate turns from rising to leveling,depending on changing pressure tendency.An increasing V2O5,dosage gives a greater conversion rate of methane,but with the addition of V2O5,greater than 0.014 mol,the amount yields no significant effect on methanol.
