桃山煤矿薄煤层群切顶巷区域应力特征数值分析

摘    要:为有效防治冲击矿压灾害,利用FLAC3D数值模拟软件模拟分析了桃山煤矿切顶巷区域的应力状态特征,研究切顶巷对顶板的预裂弱化作用和切顶巷的布置参数,结果表明:回风巷下帮与瓦斯巷之间垂直应力较高,而水平应力则在回风巷底板和下帮集中较明显,切顶巷区域应力也明显集中,冲击危险性上升;切顶巷导致的应力集中范围为5~10 m,为了避免两个相邻切顶巷形成叠加应力集中区,两切顶巷间距应不低于20 m。该研究为桃山矿薄煤层群开采切顶巷防冲技术提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Aimed at effective controlling rock burst hazard,this paper discusses the simulation and analysis of the stress state characteristic of the Taoshan Mine cutting roof roadway region by FLAC3D and study on presplitting weakening effect and layout parameters as in the case of cutting roof roadway.The results show the occurrence of a higher vertical stress on the low side of return airway and gas roadway,along with the obvious concentration of the horizontal stress in floor and low side of the return airway,the obvious concentration of stress of cutting roof roadway,the resultant rise in the level of rock burst hazard,and stress concentration in the range of 5~10 m due to cutting roof roadway.It follows that distance between two cutting roof roadway are no less than 20 m,to avoid stress concentration regions by two adjacent cutting roof roadway superposition.The research provides reference basis for rock burst prevention of cutting roof roadway of mining thin coal seam group in Taoshan Mine.
