含裂纹-碰摩气浮转子系统非线性动力学研究

摘    要:考虑裂纹碰摩耦合故障下的转子系统,以转子动力学和非线性动力学为理论基础,建立了含有裂纹-碰摩耦合故障气浮轴承转子系统动力学模型,运用打靶法思想和四阶龙格库塔法对含有气膜力、裂纹及局部碰摩耦合转子系统进行数值模拟,发现此故障下的转子系统存在周期、拟周期以及混沌运动现象,为转子系统安全工作提供理论依据.

Abstract:Considering the rotor system with coupling of the crack and rubbing faults,on the theoretical basis of rotor dynamics and nonlinear dynamics,and crack-rubbing coupling faults of floating bearing rotor system dynamics model were established.Shooting method and Runge–kutta method were used to numerical simulate gas film force,crack and local rubbing coupling faults of the rotor system,found the rotor system existing of periodic,the cycle and chaotic motions of the phenomenon,provided the theory basis of rotor system for the safety work.
