摘    要:为了提高PVDF离子膜的水处理性能和抗污染能力,聚偏氟乙烯与纳米二氧化硅颗粒共混制备了SiO2/PVDF离子交换膜.采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜以及原子力显微镜对膜表面、断面及孔结构形态进行了分析.结果表明,无机纳米颗粒的加入使膜表面粗糙度增加,膜的致密性也增加了;大部分纳米颗粒能够以纳米尺寸均匀分布在膜中.

Abstract:Nano-sized SiO2/PVDF ion-exchange membrane was prepared via blending in order to improve waste water treatment performance and anti-fouling capacity of the PVDF membrane.The effect of SiO2 on the membrane surface and cross-section morphology and structure was investigated.The experiment results showed that with the addition of SiO2 nanoparticles,membrane surface roughness was increased.The membrane compact was also increased.The most nano-sized SiO2 particles were dispersed evenly in the membrane phase.
