黄酮类化合物的酶法去糖基化修饰研究

摘    要:研究了纤维素酶和果胶酶在假酸浆提取物制取黄酮苷元过程的酶解工艺.依次对纤维素酶、果胶酶及复合酶进行了去糖基化修饰研究.结果表明,复合酶去糖基化作用相较于两酶单独作用效果更佳,其最佳工艺条件为:pH值为假酸浆提取物的自然pH值,酶解温度为40℃,含酶量为纤维素酶和果胶酶各0.5%,酶解时间4 h,还原糖浓度显著提高.

Abstract:The enzymatic hydrolyzing condition was studied for flavonoids from icandra physaloides.The effect of deglycosylation with cellulose enzyme,pectin enzyme and complex enzyme were analyzed in turn.Compared to two enzymes work alone,the composite enzyme has better effect.The optimal hydrolyzing conditions are follows: percentage composition of enzyme 0.5% each,hydrolyzing 4 h at 40 ℃ with the original pH value of solution.As a result,the content of reduce sugars was sinificantly increased.
