厌氧微生物对杂酚废水的适应性研究

摘    要:利用高效厌氧环境(厌氧颗粒污泥)处理双酚A生产废水,取得了良好的效果.在颗粒污泥和BPA废水的锥形瓶接触实验中,9 h的接触时间即可以使原水的COD去除率约51.2%,其中COD污泥负荷高达37.21 kg/(kg.d);反应器的实际运行实验表明,在低污泥质量浓度的反应器中,9 h的停留时间也可以使COD去除率达到50%.结果显示,颗粒污泥中的厌氧微生物能够较好地适应杂酚废水的毒害抑制,具有一定的降解作用.

Abstract:In this paper,by using high-rate anaerobic environment(anaerobic granular sludge) wastewater treatment bisphenol A,good results has been achieved.Granular sludge in waste water flask and BPA exposure experiments,6 h of contact time either to made the raw water to reduce the COD value of about 58%,of which the sludge COD load up 51.52 kg/(kg·d);reactor actual running experiments showed that at low concentrations of the reactor sludge,9 h residence time could also be a COD removal rate reached 50%.The results showed that the anaerobic granular sludge microbes could fit the miscellaneous hydroxybenzene wastewater,and could degrade them to a certain extent.
