| 摘 要： | 世界经济发展进入后金融危机时代,仍存在不确定性和不稳定性。国有企业改革是一个破旧出新的过程,在这个过程中,对历史渊源、存在问题、发展趋势、解决思路有必要进行探讨。从国有企业薪酬管理现状出发,分析了当前普遍存在的问题及其深层次原因,希望对解决国有企业薪酬管理问题有所裨益。
