| Abstract: | Cartel is the riginal formation of enterprise alliance.Through studing cartel,we could see that modern enterprises moving toward entenprise alliance is inevitable.The forms of alliance are various.Enterprise alliance will be useful to our state owned enterprises' reform.It will make them powerful and help them get out of the difficult position. |
