西藏高校大学生心理教育课程模式的实验研究

摘    要:采用自然教学实验法,对西藏高校403名实验组和对照组的大一新生进行调查,探讨心理教育课程设计与教学模式对大学生心理健康的影响。结果发现:(1)在前测中,实验组与控制组的得分没有显著差异,在后测中,实验组的得分显著高于控制组的得分;(2)随着时间的变化,实验组和控制组学生的心理健康水平都有显著提高,但相较于控制组,实验组通过大学生心理导向课程的学习其心理健康水平有更加明显的提升。实验表明在西藏高校开设心理教育课程能明显提升藏族大学生心理健康的整体水平,有利于促进藏族大学生的成长、发展与成才。

Abstract:With the method of natural teaching experiment, 403 freshman whereas experimental group and con trol group of Tibet colleges were researched, aiming to explore design of psychological education curriculum and teaching model effect on Tibetan college students, psychological health. The results shows that : (1)In the pre test, there is no significant difference between the score in the experimental group and the control group; but the score of experimental group is much higher than control group in the aftertest; (2)With the change of time, the psychological health level of both groups has improved significantly, but comparing with the control group, the ex perimental group' s psychological health level improved at a higher level. The experiment suggests that setting up courses in psychological ducation not only can improve the overall psychological health level of the Tibetan col lege students, but also promotes the growth, development, and success of the Tibetan college students.
