A Review on the Researches of Beijing Dongyue Temple

Beijing Dongyue Temple, which plays a significant role in the local folk culture, is an important place of Taoism and folk belief in Beijing. In recent years, more and more domestic and foreign scholars have started their research on Beijing Dongyue Temple. From the paper working and social investigation in the Republic China period to research in full swing since the Chinese Economic Reform, the research has made some achievements, but still needs further improvements.
