| 摘 要： | 报告了用细菌内毒素检查法代替家兔法对人血白蛋白进行热原质检查的研究结果。在半成品检查中,两种方法的符合率达97.87％;在成品实验室验证中,符合率为100％。并提出了人血白蛋白细菌内毒素限值应小于0.025EU/mg,遇结果难判定者应经家兔法判定。

| Abstract: | In this paper it has been proved through some experiments that bacterial endotoxins examination replacing Pyrogen Test is advisable. The coincidence of the two methods is 97.89% in the semi-finished products and 100% in the end products. The limit of the bacterial endotoxins in the human albumin is <0.025% EU/mg. |
