基于前景-后悔理论的军工企业供应商选择

针对现有军工企业供应商选择方法研究不完善的问题,提出了一种基于前景-后悔理论的军工企业供应商选择方法.分析军工企业的要求及军工产品的特点,构建适合于军工企业供应商选择的评价指标;考虑专家评估过程中的犹豫心理,引入概率犹豫模糊集描述评价信息;基于前景-后悔理论,刻画决策者的风险态度和后悔规避心理,对供应商方案评价信息进行集结,得到各方案的评估结果并进行排序.通过算例对比分析验证了所提方法的科学性和合理性.

Method for Supplier Selection for Military Enterprise Based on Prospect-Regret Theory

Aimed at the problem that supplier selection method of military enterprises is not comprehensive yet, this paper proposes a supplier selection method for military enterprises based on the prospect regret theory. The re quirements of military enterprises and the characteristics of military products are analyzed, and the evaluation indexes suitable for supplier selection of military enterprises are constructed. Considering the hesitation psychology in expert evaluation, probabilistic hesitation fuzzy set is introduced to describe the evaluation information. Based on the prospect regret theory, the risk attitude and regret avoidance psychology of decision makers are described and the evaluation information of the supplier scheme is aggregated.The evaluation results of the schemes are obtained and ranked. The scientificity and rationality of the proposed method are verified by a numerical example and contrast analysis.
