摘    要:分析了滚齿机低速滚切过程中出现瞬时负转的原因,指出这一现象存在的必然性.在此基础上提出了一种防假滤波器,并和CNC系统中的位置测量电路结合在一起,精确、无时滞地滤掉主轴反馈脉冲经判向、四倍频电路处理后输出的与指令同向脉冲中的“假”信号,使真实的正向脉冲能够1∶1地通过滤波器送入下一控制单元.

Abstract:The reason of instantaneous reversal revolving happened with gear hobbing at lower speed is analyzed and it is pointed out that the existence of this phenomenon is inevitable. Then an anti-aliasing filter is advanced which, when operates together with position measurement circuit of CNC system, can precisely and without delay eliminate the false signal among forward pulses obtained by identification and quadrupling frenquence circuit. The filter,thus, ensures the true forward pulses to pass though and be sent to the next control unit with a signal ratio of unity.
