| Abstract: | English learning websites can efficiently break the limit of space and time in learning English. Good English learning websites should provide vivid and dramatic learning environment so that learners can have all kinds of training - listening, speaking, reading and writing. The application of streaming meuia and SMIL in English learning websites has solved these problems. This article explores the characteristics of SMIL and puts forwards the methods and procedures when applying SMIL in English learning websites. |
