翘嘴鳜肝肾坏死症病原菌的分离及初步鉴定

摘    要:从主要呈现肝肾坏死症的翘嘴鳜病灶部位分离到9个菌株,其中3个菌株能通过人工感染在正常翘嘴鳜上复制出与自然发病相同的症状。用直接荧光抗体法对致病菌株的鉴定结果表明,本研究中分离的3个菌株均不同于过去从患病翘嘴鳜上已经分离到的柱状嗜纤维菌(Cytophaga columnaris)和嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)。

Abstract:Nine bacterial strains were isolated from the necrotic tissues of the infected mandarinfish( Siniperca chuatsi B.),and three of them were shown to be the cause of liver_kidney necrosis and death of the fish by experimental infection.The symptoms caused by the isolated bacteria were similar to that of natural symptoms.According to the morphological features identified by direct fluorescent antibody technique,the pathogen belongs to neither Aeromonas hydrophila nor Cytophaga columnaris .
