辣椒种子湿干间隙处理的生理生化效应

摘    要:本试验研究了湿干间隙处理对辣椒种子活力及生理生化的效应。试验结果表明,湿干间隙处理能有效抑制辣椒种子可溶性物质的外渗,增加种子内蛋白质的合成,使其芽期过氧化氢酶活性增强、高峰期提前,从而有效地提高了辣椒种子活力。

Abstract:Effect of hydration-dehgdration interval pretreatments on pepper seed vigor an its physiologic biochemical characteristics were studied in this experiment, Results of the experiment indicated that hydration-dehydration pretreatments could inhibit transudation quantity of pepper seed soluble matter, and could increase the synthesis of inside the seed protein, and could enhance hydrogen peroxidase activation in germination stage and advance the peak of hydrogen peroxidase activation. Thus, theyd could increase pepper seed vigor effectively.
