苯二氮草化合物提高鹅的摄食和增重的研究

摘    要:本试验利用苯二氯簟化合物—F_(89)来提高鹅的摄食量,以加速动物的生长。经翅静脉血管瘘管注入 F_(89)(0.2mg/kg·B·W/d)、十二指肠瘘灌注 F_(89)(0.2mg/kg·B·W/d)和日粮中添加2ppmF_(89),分别提高成年母鹅每天平均摄食量8.1%(p<0.05)、29.1%(p<0.01)和23.9(p<0.01)。日粮中添加2ppmF_(89),连续饲喂55~85日龄的生长期鹅,日摄食量较对照组增加12.7%,增重提高21.7%(p<0.05),耗料比下降7.41%。血液代谢物分析表明:饲喂 F_(89)后,仔鹅血清中葡萄糖浓度下降,胰岛素水平上升。

Abstract:The effects of F_(89)(one of the BZs)on feed intake and body weight (B·W) gain in geese were studied.Adult female geese implanted catheter in the wing vein and cannula in the duodenum were infused with F_(89)(0.2 mg/kg·B·W/day)respectively and 2ppm F_(89) was added into the diet,as a result,the feed intake was increased by 8.1%(P<0.05)、29.1%(P<0.01) and 23.9% (P<0.01)respectively.Being added to the feed of geese from 55 to 85 days of age,F_(89)(2ppm)increased feed intake 12.7%,B.W. gain 21.7%(P<0.05)and decreased feed/B·W·gain ratio 7.41%,After feeding the diet including 2ppm F_(89),the concentration of serum glucose in geese is reduced,whereas the levels of insulin is markedly increased.
