| Abstract: | Normal university’s income source is single by lack of funds.So,scientific budget management and effective control appear especially important for normal university in that the school resources should be under scientific allocation and the integration of the resources must be optimized to achieve the maximum effect of the use of funds,which is the final purpose of budget management in universities. |
