| 摘 要： | 分析目前用于工期计划管理的主要方法,并结合房地产开发项目的特点,提出基于时延Petri网(Timed Petri Net,TPN)的工期计划管理方法。该方法具有传统方法的特点,且解决了传统方法不能实时了解工期进展状况的缺点。论文最后通过模拟房地产开发项目验证了该方法在房地产开发工期计划管理中的适用性和有效性。

| Abstract: | An analysis was made of the main methods for the current duration project management,combined with the characteristics of real estate development project.Duration project management methods were proposed based on Timed Petri Net,which has the characteristic of traditional method and solves the shortcoming that can not tell the real-time progress of duration.Through the simulation of real estate development project,its applicability and effectiveness was finally confirmed. |
