| Abstract: | A pair of small semispheres or triangular pieces was used with the purposeof eliminating the refraction in scattered-light photoelasticity using laser.The index of refraction of such semispheres or pieces must be the same asthat of what material the testing model made of.The method is proved easyto use and highly accurate. |
