摘    要:用镀锌行业酸洗废液和铝源矿———磁土在硫酸存在下反应,制备了聚合硫酸氯化铁铝(PAFCS)复合混凝剂,并用制得的产品对河水、印染废水、电解废水等进行净化处理,同时用聚合氯化铝(PAC)和聚合硫酸铁PFS进行混凝实验对照.结果表明:制备的PAFCS混凝剂对原水浊度、色度及工业废水中的重金属的净化效果均明显优于PAC和PFS.混凝实验中产品在pH值4~11内均有较好混凝效果,且絮凝速度快、矾花大、沉降迅速.该工艺对废物进行利用,是消除化工污染,避免资源浪费,以废治污的又一途径,值得推广和进一步研究.

Abstract:A new method of making purifying agent from galvanization pickling waste liquor was established.The effects of the purifying agent on river water,printing and dyeing water and electroplating water were all studied and compared with that of PAC and PFS.The results show that poly aluminium ferrum chloride sulfate(PAFCS) is much better than PAC and PFS especially in heavy metal removing and color cleaning.When pH is between 4 and 11,the purifying effects are all goodwith high-speed,big cristal and fast dropping.This new method can make good use of waste and decline the pollution volume.It should be widey applied and more research is needed.
