废杂铜冶炼过程子空间预测控制器的设计

摘    要:针对废杂铜冶炼过程的非线性时变、动态特性突变显著等特点,提出一种基于机理分析的自适应子空间预测控制方法。该方法将机理分析与数据驱动方法相结合,通过比较预测误差在线更新预测模型,增强了控制器对非线性时变特征的适应能力,使控制器的物理意义更加明确。最后对废杂铜冶炼过程的实际运行数据进行仿真研究,验证了方法的有效性。

Abstract:Aimed at the features of nonlinear,time-varying and more mutations of dynamic characteristics in scrap copper smelting,this paper proposed the predictive control strategy based on qualitative mechanism and adaptive subspace.The method combined mechanism analysis and data-driven approach,updated the prediction model online through the comparison of the predicted error,enhanced the adaptability of controller for nonlinear time-varying characteristics,and made the physical meaning more clear.Finally,this paper verified the validity of the method by simulating with the actual operating data of scrap copper smelting process.
