对体育教育专业课程设置方案的理性思考

摘    要:教育部2003年印发了《全国普通高等学校体育教育本科专业课程方案》,该方案与1997年颁布的方案相比,做了大胆尝试,改革的力度很大.文章对方案实施以来所碰到的问题进行了探讨,认为该方案存在着目标定位还需进一步调整、课程选择随意,不能满足课程综合化改革的需要、有重学科轻术科的倾向,实践能力培养还不够、科研能力的培养还仅局限理论层面以及对外语和计算机作用的认识和现实还存在较大的差距等5方面的问题,对此提出要充分考虑运动项目的特点和阶段、更新教学内容和实现课程的综合化以及强化教师能力培养,坚持特色办学3个方面的思考,期望对进一步改革方案,提高体育教育专业教育教学质量有所帮助.

Abstract:In 2003, New Curriculum Scheme of P. E. Undergraduates for Normal College was issued by Ministry of Education. Compared with the old one which was released in 1997, this arrangement made an audacious attempt and a great reform. This article studies the problems this arrangement has encountered since it had been brought into effect. The author considers that there are five major problems existing as the following: the target and objective need improving; the course is chosen at random so that the needs for comprehensive reform on courses can not be met; there is a trend that more emphasis are put on theoretical teaching than on practical training; the cultivation of scientific research capacity is limited on books and there is a great disparity between recognition and reality on the role of English and computer. In view of the above mentioned factors, several countermeasures are put forward, that is, the characteristics and stages of different sports should be fully considered; teaching contents should be updated in order to implement the comprehension of courses; the cultivation of teachers' academic competence should be consolidated and the features of running school should be highlighted. This article is written in the hope of contributing to the further reform of the new arrangement and helping improve the teaching quality of sports education.
