皖西北地区农村初级中学阳光体育运动实施效应与发展对策研究

为落实阳光体育运动目标和任务，采用访谈和问卷调查等方法对皖西北地区农村初级中学阳光体育运动实施效应和现状进行调查与分析，结果显示：皖西北地区农村初级中学《国家学生体质健康标准》实施情况较差，体育课教学质量不高，课外体育活动开展不力，对阳光体育运动知识和理论宣传力度不大，部分中学领导对学校体育工作和阳光体育运动重视不够，措施不力．结论：皖西北地区农村初级中学阳光体育运动实施效应不佳．从完善和发展农村中学阳光体育运动的方法和途径以及学生积极参与的角度提出若干对策与建议．

On the Implementation Effects and Development Strategies of Sunshine Sports Campaign in Rural Junior Middle Schools of the North West of Anhui Province

The authors conducted investigations and analysis on the implementation effects and current status of sunshine sports campaign in rural junior middle schools of the northwest Anhui province through interviews and questionnaires in order to realize the goals of sunshine sports campaign. The results show that ＂the National Student Fitness Standard＂ is poorly observed in rural junior middle schools in the northwest of Anhui province; that the teaching quality of P.E. classes is low; that the extracurricular sports activities are poorly advanced; that the promotion of the theories and knowledge of sunshine sports campaign is inadequate; that some middle school leaders are not giving adequate importance to P.E. and sunshine sports campaign; that the measures taken need strengthening. It is therefore concluded that the implementation effects of sunshine sports campaign in the rural junior middle schools of the north west of Anhui province are not good. Some suggestions are put forward from the perspective of perfecting and developing methods and channels of sunshine sports in rural middle schools and activating students＇ participation.
