| 摘 要： | 高师本科人才培养模式改革必须面向基础教育改革的需要，近年来，我国基础教育改革给教师提出了前所未有的挑战。为此，高师本科人才培养模式改革必须从教育思想、专业设置、课程结构、教师职业化、教学管理制度、教育技术现代化等方面寻求突破。

| Abstract: | The reform of the developing model in the higher normal schools should keep the need of the elementary education reform in view. The elementary education reform has greatly challenged teachers. Therefore, the reform of the developing modal can be broken through from the aspects as, the educational concept, specialties offered, curriculum, teacher's occupationalization, teaching administrative regulation and educational skill. |
