| 摘 要： | 苏联新经济政策是一个促进社会经济、政治、文化协调发展的政策。这一举措与我国当前的和谐社会建设面临着大致相似的历史前提和现实背景。新经济政策的根本目的是要改善人与自然、人与社会、人与人的关系，其基本精神、基本原则和基本经验对我国建设社会主义和谐社会具有深刻的启迪意义。

| Abstract: | The Soviet Union's new economic policy is a policy to promote the harmonious development of social econ- omy,politics and culture.Its implementation had the similar historic precondition and reality.The new economic policy's fundamental objective was to improve the relations between human and nature,people and society,man and man.It's fundamental spirits,principles and experiences has great enlightenment to the harmonious society con- struction of China. |
