| 摘 要： | 试验用雷公藤治疗老年性类风湿性关节炎。治疗效果表明，55例近期总有效率达98．18％，且尚可作为皮质激素的良好替代药物；雷公藤副作用轻微，与同期中青年组比较，无显著性差异（P＞0．05），表明短期使用雷公藤治疗老年性类风湿关节炎是安全有效的。

| Abstract: | The experiment conducted by the authors showed that radix tripterygil,which was used totreat the aged rheumatoid arthritis in a short period,was safe and effective. The total effectiveness ratewas 98.18% on 55 patients who have received a short-period treatment with radix tripterygil. Andradix tripterygil can also be used as a good substitutive drug for corticoid. Moreover,its side-effect wasinconsiderable,and compared with middle-aged and young group it was not statistically significant (P>0. 05). |
