固定化复合酵母连续发酵生产乙醇的工业化研究

摘    要:以固定化复合酵母代替传统游离酵母进行玉米糖蜜双料连续发酵。结果表明:固定化复合酵母在耗糖能力,产乙醇能力方面明显优于游离酵母细胞,且发酵周期明显短于游离细胞。尤其是固定化复合酵母对于玉米,糖密料的同时适用性具有很大的实用价值。

Abstract:Corn saccharifying liquid and molasses are fermented continuously to produce alcohol with immobilized complex yeast cells. The results of industrial experiment show that the capacity of producing alcohol and declining fermentable sugar of immobilized complex yeast cells is superior to that of free yeast cells. Meanwhile, the fermentation time of immobilized complex yeast cells is notably shorter than the time of free yeast cells. Especially, its adaptive faculty to corn saccharifying liquid and molasses of immobilized complex yeast cells has a great practical value.
