离子对配合物在纸上光度法中的应用——银菲罗啉和溴酚兰的沉淀反应研究

摘    要:在中性条件下,银同1,10—菲罗啉络合,用溴酚兰形成离子对配合物沉淀,研究了缔合比和溶度积。离子对配合物沉淀易吸滤在滤纸上而且稳定,碱水可洗掉过量的试剂,采用双波长吸光度差值法在600nm及720nm处进行测定,对于ppm级的含银水,相对标准偏差为4%。

Abstract:The ion-paired complex of silver and 1 . 10-phenanthroline reacts with the Bromophenol Blun at pH= 7 in water to produce ion-association complex. The precipitation of the complex collected on a piece of filter paper by a filtering pipette. The fleck is then measured by model 721 spectrophotometer at wavelenghs 600nm and 720nm. Ion-association complex is formed with a ratio of 1 .10-phe-nanthrol ine-silver to Bromophenol Blue 1 : 1 , and the ksp is 6.62×1013. The Precision of this method is 4 for silver at ppm levels in water. the precipitation on paper is stable.
