汽轮机主辅机状态监测系统的数据分析

摘    要:汽轮机主辅机状态监测系统在监测辅机状态时采用的是与汽轮机主机相同的键相信号,针对汽轮机辅机采样信号与键相信号不同步的现状,对辅机从TSI系统的传感器缓冲接口采集来的数据进行整周期截断处理,这样能更准确的估计汽轮机各辅机设备的运行状态。

Abstract:The status monitoring system of a turbine-generator and auxiliaries employs the same keyphase as that of the turbine-generator when monitoring the status of auxiliaries.The data from the auxiliary TSI buffer interface has to be integral cycles cut off for the negative of the desynchronization between the sampling signal of an auxiliary and its keyphase.We can therefore estimate the running status of individual auxiliary more accurately.
