| 摘 要： | 工程量清单模式下利用计算机进行辅助评标具有精确、高效等优点。本文依据清单模式下计算机评标的流程,详述了计算机辅助评标系统构建中各个模块的主要功能及实现技术,并对系统的开发进行了初步研究。

| Abstract: | The project makes use of a computer to be in progress assisting bid evaluation to have merit such as precise, high-effect under the model of bill of quantities. This paper has described computer-aided bidding system structuring the main function and realization technology being hit by each modules, and has carried out a first step on systematic exploitation studying according to the computer judges bid technological process under the model of bill of quantities. |
