基于岗位推荐的高校实习全生命周期管理系统

鉴于目前高校难以有效管理毕业生实习过程，提出并实现了一种基于岗位推荐的实习过程全生命周期管理系统.通过梳理毕业生实习的全生命周期过程，设计了实习点选取、岗位推荐与安排、过程监管、反馈统计与综合评估等模块，构建了一种岗位推荐与实习过程全生命周期闭环动态管理系统.特别的，通过分析并抽取学生信息与职位需求信息可匹配的特征属性，基于统计学的分类思想和文本相似度算法，运用动态权值分配方法计算特征属性匹配度，实现了实习岗位的自动匹配与推荐.最后，基于特征属性匹配度算法、SSM框架与HTML5等技术开发了一套实现岗位推荐与实习过程全生命周期管理的软件系统.测试表明，该系统岗位推荐准确，运行稳定，具有一定的应用价值和推广价值.

Full life cycle management system of the internship process for college graduates based on the recommendation of internship position

In view of the difficulty of effectively managing the internship process of graduates in colleges and universities， a full life cycle management system of internship process based on job recommendation is proposed and implemented. Firstly， by sorting out the full life cycle of internship for graduates， the modules of internship site selection， job recommendation and arrangement， process supervision， feedback statistics and comprehensive evaluation are designed， a closed-loop dynamic management system for job recommendation and internship process is constructed. Secondly， feature attributes are extracted by analyzing the matchability between student informations and job requirement informations， then based on the statistical classification idea and text similarity algorithm， and using the dynamic weight allocation method to calculate the matching degree， the automatic matching and recommendation of internship position is realized. Thirdly， based on the matching degree algorithm of feature attributes， SSM framework and HTML5 technology， a software system for job recommendation and life cycle management of internship process is developed. Finally， an experiment system is given to show that the proposed system runs stably and can accurately recommend suitable internship positions.
