多源大数据融合的公交服务指数评价

摘    要:以相关的公交服务国家标准为依据,从高效、便捷、安全、舒适、经济、可靠的角度,构建公交服务指数评价指标体系,并采用融合多源数据的方法,结合融合清洗和规范后的厦门市公交大数据,计算分时段的公交服务评价指标,进而结合层次分析法计算得到分时段的公交服务指数,给出适合交通大数据环境和基于行业需求的公交服务评价方法。实证结果表明:厦门公交基础数据更新效率和数据质量有待提高;厦门市公交车的准点率逐年提高,公交车与地铁接驳逐年改善,线路重复系数逐年下降,线网密度得到改善,但岛外公交车站点覆盖率有待增加。说明本文所提出的评价体系和方法是有效、可行的。

Abstract:Based on the national codes of public transport services, this paper proposed a public transport service index (PTSI) and a corresponding evaluation system that meets the requirements of transport big data environment and needs of transport industry, based on the time segmented bus service index using the big data of public transport in Xiamen City after cleaning and specification following the principle of multi source big data fusion The results show that bus punctuality, bus subway connection and transport network density in Xiamen City is increasing year by year with less route duplication, but public transport data updating and quality need improving,and station coverage outside Xiamen Island needs increasing The empirical results suggest the effectiveness and feasibility of the evaluation system and method proposed in this paper
