| Abstract: | In this paper a new developed technique of demulsification Grinding Demulsion is intro- duced.It is applicable to demulsification of W/O emulsions with high water content,swelling liq- uid membranes,sponges appeared after electric demulsification or the third flocculate phases formed in the process of extraction,with demulsification ratio of more than 98%.Effects of a varity of factors on grinding demulsion have been systematically investigated,and the feasibility of destroying a several emulsion systems by the grinding demulsion technique has been proved is practical application. The grinding demulsion technique has many potential applications with advantages such as simple apparatus,easy operation,little influence of surrounding conditions and the availability of the raw materials neeed.The study of its development and application opens a new avenue for the industrialization of liquid membrane separation. |
