| 摘 要： | 如何作好高职院的学生管理工作,对于高职院校的发展、稳定及人才的培养起着非常重要的作用。在当前世界政治多极化、经济全球化、信息多元化、生活现代化、思想多样化、择业自由化的大背景下,学生管理工作的作用日显突出和重要。注重知识的传播、动手能力的培养、素质的提高是当代职业教育思想的一大转变,是创新教育模式的一大飞跃。根据目前高职院的发展趋势和特点,笔者谨从以下几个方面对高职院学生管理工作的途径进行一些探讨。
