| 摘 要： | 双师型教师队伍建设是学校深化改革,强化实践教学,打造鲜明特色的关键。本文从提高双师素质,优化双师结构,评聘实践指导教师,创造条件和环境建立双师化建设长效机制等四个方面,对建设模具专业"双师型"教师队伍进行了探索与实践。这有利于建立一支"专、兼、聘"融合的,结构优化,素质优良,具有职业教育自身特色的教师队伍。

| Abstract: | Construction of Dual-qualified Teacher＇s Teams is the key to deepen reform,strengthen the practice of teaching,and create distinctive features in universities.The paper explores and practices the construction of Dual-qualified Teacher＇s Teams mainly from the following four aspects--improving the quality of Dual-qualified Teacher,optimizing the structure of Dual-qualified Teacher＇s teams,recruiting and directing Dual-qualified Teacher through practice,creating conditions and environment to establish long-term regime for Dual-qualified Teacher＇s teams,which is in the hope of establishing a teacher＇s team harmonizing the features of ＂professional,dual-qualified and competitive＂,structural optimized,high-class,and distinctive. |
