It＇s one of the most important tasks to develop a synthetically information publishing system based on Web in digital campus,as the continuous development of colleges and the popularization of network application.Focusing on the present situation of a certain college,the paper analyzes the developing background,functions,designing and realization of synthetic information publishing system.It shows that the system discussed in paper has advanced technology and steady operation,which provides kinds of synthetically information effectively and without delay.
