摘    要:用Ames试验检测了某市饮用水处理试验工艺各单元出水有机浓集液的致突变性.研究了不同处理单元对水的致突变活性的影响,结果表明,试验工艺的出水不加氯时,对TA98和TA100菌株的致突变活性均为阴性;加氯后,尽管致突变活性呈阳性,但与水厂现有工艺出水相比,致突变活性大大降低.

Abstract:In a survy of various bot purification processes, the mutagecities of organic extracts of drinking water taken from a city water tested, and the inflluuence of various unit process on purifying efficiency was studied. By means of Ames test, the results showed that the water samples from non - chiorinated treatment water negative with TA 98 and TA100 strains. Al-though the mutagenicity after chiorination was positive, it was found that the effluent from the new process had less mutaganic activity than that of the present process.
