| 摘 要： | 对乳液聚合丁苯橡胶生产装置进行了动态模拟.分析了影响聚合产品门尼粘度的主要因素,给出了实用的门尼粘度计算公式.为了能很好地描述满釜操作反应釜压力-流量的动态特性,文中提出了一种反应釜压力-流量的自适应动态特性算法,并成功地应用于实践,效果较好.

| Abstract: | A dynamic simulation was made on the emulsion copolymerization unit of styrene butadiene rubber. A formula for Mooney viscosity is given through studying the related factors. To calculate the pressure and the rate of flow in the full liquid reactor exactly, a self adaptable arithmetic of the pressure flow in the reactor is provided and put into practice successfully. |
