行波型超声波电机定子环的运动研究

摘    要:基于功能转换及守恒原理和行波型超声波电机的结构,分析和推导出行波型超声波电机定子环的振动方程、定子环的波动速度、定子环对转子环的推动力、定子环的合成转矩及损耗等,建立了行波型超声波电机定子环的等效电路,如再对转子环进行分析与研究,则为解决行波型超声波电机的数学模型提供了理论依据.图2,参10.

Abstract:Based on the application of the energy conversive law and the analysis about the structure of traveling wave-type ultrasonic motor,the authors described the stator ring's oscillation equation and the wave's speed,the stator ring's action on rotor ring and stator ring's torque and less of the traveling wave-type ultrasonic motor.The equivalent circuit of the stator ring of the traveling wave-type ultrasonic motor be formed.If more study and research could be put on rotor ring,it would be possible to provide theoretical proof for solving the problem of mathematics mode of traveling wave-type ultrasonic motor.2figs.,10refs.
