| Abstract: | The application of operational amplifier to the in-circuit testing domain of electrical parameters is an important innovation in the method of electrical measurements. This paper expounds first and foremost the principle of utilizing operational amplifier to carry out in-circuit testing, then emphatically analyzes the key points relating to accuracy in the implementation of in-circuit testing. Finally, the method of raising the accuracy in the field of in-circuit testing is discussed. |
