东北朝鲜族农村城乡差距扩大问题探析

随着东北朝鲜族农村人口的城镇化，农村资金、技术、人才也大量流入城市，农村劳动力流动规模与城乡差距出现同时扩大的现象。单纯依靠劳务经济方式非但不能实现统筹城乡发展的目标，反而会导致城乡收入、消费、公共服务等方面的差距扩大。解决城乡差距问题，关键在于农村土地制度变革和建立城乡统一的基本公共服务制度。
