航空铸铝合金防护体系抗腐蚀性能试验研究

摘    要:针对某型铸铝合金的不同热处理状态、不同表面防护体系(硫酸阳极化、化学氧化和微弧氧化)进行960h的盐雾对比试验。借助三维显微镜进行宏观和微观分析,结果表明对于该型铸铝合金T7热处理状态抗腐蚀能力优于T5;微弧氧化表面防腐方法比常规方法(硫酸阳极化 重铬酸盐封闭、化学氧化 涂H06-2锌黄环氧酯底漆 涂H61-1环氧有机硅耐热漆)抗腐蚀能力更强。

Abstract:The cast aluminum alloy specimens were carried out salt spray testing for 960 hours, with different heat treatment and different surface protective technique, such as sulphide acid anticathode, chemistry oxidation and micro-arc oxidation. By use of 3-D microscope, the specimens were analyzed. And the result shows that the anti-corrosion performance of T7 is better than that of T5, and that of micro-arc oxidation is better than other general technique.
