混凝土灌注桩超声波检测及分析

摘    要:以试验为基础,结合工程实例,对混凝土灌注桩的质量进行了超声波检测,采用相应判据进行辅助分析,同时分析了声测管不平行给检测结果带来的偏差,并用曲线拟合的方法对不平行的声测管进行了矫正。分析结果表明,以声幅作为判据,往往过于严格容易产生重判;以声时、声速作为判据,则会受到声测管不平行的影响,产生误判,实际工程中应结合多种判断方法综合分析。

Abstract:On the basis of the experiment, the quality of pile body concrete is detected by ultrasonic curve, used the criteria as aided analysis, and the aviation of the result that the piles of wave unparallel is analyzed, and the result is rectified by the method of amend. The result shows that the criteria of wave range is seriously, and the pile of wave unparallel will affect the result, application of the multi-parameter synthetic analysis method in the pile ultrasonic in practice.
