| 摘 要： | 通过Visual Basic所提供的Winsock Control，利用TCP／IP协议设计一个Chat应用程序，以此体现Internet上的TCP／IP协议的编程应用，并通过Client及Server之间的件传输来了解CChat程序的工作原理。
