电喷发动机教学平台的开发与研究

摘    要:针对目前汽车专业教学的机遇和挑战,通过软、硬件的设计与开发,研制了一种具有智能故障设置功能、可视化的电喷发动机教学和科研平台。该平台以电喷发动机台架与检测主机为主体,运用微电子技术、计算机技术和人工智能技术,实现了智能故障设置、主要信号的数字与波形显示、信号模拟以及利用故障诊断专家系统引导学生进行故障诊断等功能,能帮助学生更快、更好得掌握电喷发动机的相关知识,对提高汽车专业的教学质量将起到重要作用。

Abstract:Aiming at the opportunities and challenges of professional teaching of automobile at present,through the design and development of software and hardware,we successfully develop a kind of teaching and research platform of EFI engine,which is visual and has intelligent fault setting function.The platform takes EFI engine test-bed and the main computer used for detection as main parts;uses microelectronics,computer technology and artificial intelligence technology;and achieves intelligent fault setting function,figure and waveform display function of the main signal,signal simulation function and the function to use the expert system of engine fault diagnosis to guide students carry out fault diagnosis,etc.This platform can help students grasp the related knowledge of EFI engine faster and better and will play an important role for improving the teaching quality of professional teaching of automobile.
