| 摘 要： | 本运用运动心理学原理结合体育教学实践，提出了在体育教学中采用表象训练的方法。经实验表明，结合表象训练进行篮球教学，对学习和掌握动作技术具有明显的促进作用。

| Abstract: | In order to further enhance the teaching quality in the process of learning and improving movement techniques. The author of the present paper has propased his approaches of adopting presentational training. The experimental results show that emloyment of presentational training in basketball teaching is expected to significantly promote the learning of movement techniques. |
