摘    要:氰化氢在化学工业的迅速发展过程中起着重要作用,但一旦发生泄漏,会造成众多人员伤亡和较大社会影响。文章通过查阅大量资料,介绍了氰化氢理化性质、危害及事故特点,制定了较为详细的救援实施方案,为处置氰化氢泄漏事故提供一定借鉴和参考,提高事故处置的效率,增强消防部队抢险救援的能力。

The Emergency Rescue Plan of Hydrogen Cyanide Leakage
Abstract:Hydrogen cyanide (HCN) plays an important role in the rapid development of chemical industry, however, Hydrogen cyanide may leak or explode during the process of producing, using, storing, to result in numerous casualties and greater social impact. This paper states much information of the rescue plan. It introduces the hydrogen cyanide's character, harna, and the incidents' characteristics and taking out a detailed rescue plan. According to the given scenes, it sets a systemic and detailed rescue plan to optimize efficiency of command, enhance the policy's correctness and seientificity.
